Friday 18 October, 2019
Known for ‘putting the fun into insurance’, Markerstudy Group celebrated its annual ‘Markerstudy Day’ on Friday 11th October with fundraising totalling £3,774.
Employees celebrated the Group ‘coming of age’, as they marked its 18th anniversary and over 300 colleagues in Tunbridge Wells dressed up as people they admired when they were 18, took part in a bake-off and a series of fun challenges. Other fun activities took place on the day at different office locations across the country, including raffles, cake sale and quizzes.
The money raised will go to a number of different causes including Alzheimer’s Society, Mental Health Resource and The Brain Tumour Charity.
Lizzie Smith-Foreman, Director of Group Marketing and Communications for Markerstudy Group, said: “‘It was great to see our colleagues in Tunbridge Wells once again embracing the ethos of the group and helping the charities that mean so much to them. Our annual day is the perfect way for staff to let their hair down and unleash their creativity, raising money for good causes at the same time!”
