Markerstudy Group Selects Nexthink to Improve Visibility and Management of End-User Experience

Insurance provider employs end-user experience management to deliver more proactive support to its employees

Nexthink®, a leader in end-user experience management, today announced that Markerstudy Group of Companies, a fast-growing provider of insurance products in the UK, has selected Nexthink for enhanced visibility into its IT estate. Markerstudy Group aims to accurately measure the end-user experience to provide a more proactive level of support to achieve business outcomes.

The group’s UK operations is spread across more than 60 sites and has nearly 3,000 end-users. It is best known for its marketing and distribution of insurance brands such as Markerstudy Insurance, Zenith Insurance and Zenith Marque as well as consumer-facing businesses Geoffrey Insurance Services, Gadget Cover Insurance and Lancaster Insurance. Its portfolio also includes brands offering a variety of complementary products and services such as windscreen repair and replacement, and a comprehensive claims management service, in addition to other insurance products such as travel, catering and pet.
