Markerstudy Retail extends Open GI partnership

1st February 2017: Markerstudy Retail has today re-affirmed its partnership with Open GI by committing to a new five-year deal.

Open GI will continue to provide broking software solutions to Markerstudy Retail, a Top 50* broker, including introducing its latest technology to help enhance the online customer journey as well as aiding the business in its bid to combat application fraud.

The deal provides Markerstudy with Open GI’s new online customer portal and self-service solution – which has been designed to efficiently optimise both direct and aggregator traffic. The solution provides brokers with a seamless, intuitive way to make the purchasing of insurance online even easier.

In addition, Markerstudy will be using Open GI’s Broker Enrichment software [powered by Experian’s iCache] to help safeguard its customers whilst tackling fraud effectively.

Martyn Holman, Markerstudy Group Commercial Director explained: “We have a long standing history of working with Open GI and are eager to continue this successful relationship. We’re continuously looking at ways to improve our customer journey and are confident that Open GI can support us in realising our goals, going forward.”
