Markerstudy Retail and Affinity Division – Pet is celebrating after being awarded the ‘Claims Team of the Year’ trophy at last night’s Broker Innovation Awards 2019 (Wednesday 4th September).
The Division is the leading provider and third party administrator of pet insurance in the UK and is based at the Connect Centre in Portsmouth. This accoladetops off an award winning year for team as Purely Pets, one of its direct brands, was named ‘Claims Team of the Year’ at the British Claims Awards in June and was ‘Highly Commended’ in the 'Pet Insurance Provider of the Year' and ‘Best Claims Service’ category at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards in January.
Held at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul’s, the awards ‘celebrate those who have fully embraced technology to meet their clients needs’ and those ‘who have taken an innovative approach to insurance protection.’
