Markerstudy has introduced ‘chatbots’ to their centralised employee HR and IT Helpline function. This is part of a collaborative project between the two departments to automate processes in order to improve service delivery efficiency without compromising service quality.
Paul Riddell recently visited his old school, Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School in Coventry, after being invited back to talk about his career path since leaving. Markerstudy Group (“the Group”) has today (26 January 2021) announced an agreement for a £200 million investment led by Pollen Street Capital (“Pollen Street”). The transaction will see Pollen Street partner with and make a substantial investment alongside the existing founder team. QIC will also participate in the transaction, underlining its commitment as a strategic partner to Markerstudy.
