All staff will attend a corporate induction that will cover all areas of the business and provides information on the Company history, structure and staff benefits are topics included within the induction programme. All staff are fully trained in areas of Financial Services and compliance in accordance with FCA regulation. Almost all group training needs are looked after by the internal Talent Development Team. Both short-term sessions and longer programmes are held at the 36-acre Salomons Estate in Kent.
All staffs' training needs are assessed on an individual basis.
We have a number of employees working for us on a part-time and job sharing basis and vacancies do sometimes arise for part-time working. Please contact the HR department to discuss further.
Occasionally a contract is offered on a fixed-term basis, normally for an employee covering maternity leave or a long term absence. These vacancies will appear on the Vacancies page.
