Atlanta Insurance merged with Markerstudy Distribution in June 2024, and this division provides motor, home, SME and pet insurance products in partnership with several of the best-known brands in UK financial services and retail, and through own brands including Swinton, Carole Nash, Marmalade, Budget, Lancaster and Purely Pets to name a few. Also part of Markerstudy Distribution, Clegg Gifford specialises in personal and commercial insurance products and expands the groups’ presence into the Lloyd’s of London market.
The UK’s largest Managing General Agent*, Markerstudy Insurance Services Limited (MISL), supports UK broker partners with standard screen-rated risks and the very niche and hard to place manually underwritten risk.
Additionally, Markerstudy Group’s three complementary businesses are Auto Windscreens, VisionTrack and Vision Vehicle Solutions.

Markerstudy volunteers create over 10,000 items in single day
In a single day in July, over 60 volunteers from Markerstudy created more than 10,000 items for memory boxes for 4Louis, a Sunderland-based charity which supports people affected by miscarriage, stillbirth and the death of a baby or child.

Markerstudy and Atlanta merger approved
Markerstudy Group (“Markerstudy”) has announced that the merger between Markerstudy and Atlanta, the personal lines broking business of The Ardonagh Group was approved by the FCA Friday 31st May, following the CMA’s clearance on 26 March 2024, six months after the proposed merger was announced in September 2023.
