Section 172 of the Companies Act 2006 sets out a number of general duties that directors owe to a company. These include a general duty requiring directors to act in a way in which they consider, in good faith, will promote the success of the company for the benefit of shareholders as a whole.

This document sets out the UK tax strategy of the Markerstudy Group, and details its approach to conducting its tax affairs and dealing with tax risks in accordance with the tax laws of the countries in which it operates. This tax strategy is produced in accordance with the requirement under paragraph 19(2) of Schedule 19 to the Finance Act 2016 for Markerstudy Group Holdings Limited (the ultimate UK parent entity of the Group) to publish the Group’s tax strategy on the internet.
