At Markerstudy Group and all our associated companies, we source candidates directly for all employment opportunities with us.
We use a list of specialist preferred agency partners to support us in sourcing candidates if they are invited and instructed to do so by our Talent Acquisition Team.
We do not accept speculative CV’s from recruitment agencies who are not part of our Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and that have not already been instructed by our Talent Acquisition Team.
Agency fees will only be paid to agencies who have signed terms of business in place and the agency has been requested to support us by our Talent Acquisition Team for a specific vacancy. No agency fee will be paid when speculative and unsolicited CV’s are submitted to any of our employees. If this is not adhered to, we reserve the right to contact any such candidates directly and enter into discussions with them without paying agency fees and no candidate ownership shall apply.
Any agency submitting a speculative and unsolicited CV to Markerstudy Group and all our associated companies, will be deemed to have accepted the above agency policy.
Should your agency wish to be included in our next PSL review, please send through information regarding your company to: talentacquisition@markerstudy.com.
