Led by Chief Executive Officer Emma Rawlinson, the newly named business underscores Markerstudy’s strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes. The change is designed to further enhance customer service and strengthen operational clarity through a streamlined, dedicated organisational structure.
Emma Rawlinson, CEO of Markerstudy Retail, said:
“In this, Markerstudy Group’s 25th year, we are evolving and innovating. We’re the UK’s biggest independent broker and under my watch the focus is on clear strategy and objectives that put leadership, customer, governance, people & culture and sustainability front and centre.”
As part of this evolution, Markerstudy Distribution has been reshaped into two distinct areas:
Markerstudy Retail will continue to provide a comprehensive, customer-focused product suite across car, motorcycle, home, van, pet, specialist and lifestyle products.
These offerings are delivered through a combination of proprietary brands and strategic partnerships. Brands within the Retail portfolio include Swinton, Budget, Carole Nash, Marmalade, Jaunt and Healthy Pets.
A key priority for the division is the continued unification of its digital operations, simplifying journeys and processes for both customers and colleagues, while strengthening customer-centric delivery across every touchpoint.
Reflecting on the transformation and future direction, Emma Rawlinson added:
“As I reflect on my two years with Markerstudy, I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved together in this short time. We are entering a new phase in our journey, and my senior team and I are united in our drive to putting our customers first – emphasised by our new Group and Customer Purpose. We have ambitious plans and I’m excited to be spearheading this transformation.”
